A note from the founder
"I built Nordfunded because I was tired of watching talented traders get failed by the system."
I am a trader from Latvia - educated at the Stockholm School of Economics in the Baltics. I have spent years studying markets and watching how capital is distributed in this industry. What I saw was consistent: the biggest barrier to trading success was not skill. It was capital.
Traders with solid strategies and genuine discipline were trading micro-accounts because they could not afford to scale. Meanwhile, the prop firm industry that was supposed to solve this problem had developed a reputation - earned in many cases - for opaque rules, convenient disqualifications, and firms that profited from challenge fees rather than from trader success.
I started Nordfunded in 2025 with one principle: we only succeed when our traders succeed. That means publishing every rule in full before you pay anything. It means a one-step evaluation with no hidden phases. It means aiming to process your payout within 24-48 hours, not finding reasons to delay it.
The Nordic name is not marketing. It represents a set of values - transparency, discipline, long-term thinking - that I grew up with in this region and that I believe the prop trading industry desperately needs more of.
